Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic law graduate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and develop their legal skills in a professional setting. As a Graduate Lawyer, you will work closely with our senior lawyers and gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

• Attend court hearings and client meetings, providing support to senior lawyers.

• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up to date.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case strategy discussions.

Qualifications:

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD).

Assistant Accountant & PTE Instructor Recruitment

Position: Assistant Accountant & PTE Instructor

Location: Adelaide, South Australia

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant who can manage the financial tasks within our company. Additionally, the candidate will teach PTE (Pearson Test of English) lessons during spare time. The ideal candidate must be legally eligible to drive and be willing to learn how to handle various operational cases. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and invoices.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

PTE Instruction Duties:

• Conduct PTE lessons for students, focusing on all aspects of the test.

• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help improve their skills.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PTE testing requirements and strategies.

Operational Support:

• Learn and assist with various operational cases as required.

• Provide administrative support to the team.

• Drive to different locations as needed for business purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in accounting or a related role.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in PTE or similar tests.
